Users are responsible for managing their account credentials appropriately.

Users shall pay the fees shown on the pricing page for paid portions of the Service, using the payment methods specified by the Company.

5. Prohibited conduct

Users must not: violate laws or public order; infringe intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties; interfere with the operation of the Service; or attempt unauthorized access.

6. Suspension of the Service

The Company may suspend all or part of the Service without prior notice for maintenance, natural disasters, or other unavoidable reasons.

7. Disclaimer

The Company makes no express or implied warranty that the Service is free of defects. Features such as offline continuity depend on the device and network environment.

8. Changes to the Service

The Company may change, add, or discontinue features of the Service with prior notice to users.

9. Changes to these terms

The Company may amend these terms. Amended terms take effect when posted on this page.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s location.
